General Terms and Conditions


The bonus loyalty program has been launched as of January 1, 2023. Hotel stays (minimum 5 nights or more) between January 1, 2021 and January 1, 2023 are included in the membership level assessment. Members of the Best Western Rewards loyalty program who had benefits under that program until December 31, 2022 will be granted benefits and discounts based on the number of nights stayed at the International Brno program level, provided they stay at Hotel International Brno.


Membership Registration


Membership in the Hi Benefit Club loyalty program begins once the guest receives an activation email, agrees to the terms and successfully activates the membership via the provided link (assuming they join the program and accept the general terms), or has been granted access to a higher membership level after their last stay at Hotel International Brno. Hotel International Brno a.s. will store its members’ data and use it solely and exclusively for legitimate business purposes of Hotel International Brno a.s.

Legal entities, persons under 18 years of age, employees of Hotel International Brno, a.s. or its affiliated companies cannot become members of the Hi Benefit Club program. Hotel International Brno accepts responsibility for processing data entered on the International Brno online platform. Data provided during the registration process will be retained as long as participation in the program remains valid. The International Brno Data Protection Guide can be found here. Hi Benefit Club members may hold only one valid loyalty card. Membership benefits cannot be shared, transferred to any other person or company.

Levels and Terms of Use


Hi Benefit Club – Bronze


New or active members, even without any stay, are entitled to receive a virtual Bronze level card. Members at a higher membership level will be assigned this level if they do not qualify to maintain a higher level based on their stays in the last two years.


Discounts:

  • None


Benefits:

  • Regular newsletter – you will receive all hotel news and information about discounts or other hotel promotions
  • Membership registration required (activation will be confirmed by email)


Hi Benefit Club – Silver


New or active members with a minimum stay of 10 nights during 2021 and 2022 are entitled to receive or retain a virtual Silver card after their stay.


Discounts:

  • 10% discount on hotel accommodation booked and paid directly at the hotel, without the involvement of intermediaries, third-party agents, or online booking platforms (e.g., Booking.com)
  • Discount applies to a maximum of 2 rooms, confirmation depends on current availability
  • Discount applies only to public rates and does not apply to corporate or any other corporate rates


Benefits:

  • Bottle of mineral water upon arrival in the room
  • Regular newsletter – you will receive all hotel news and information about discounts or other hotel promotions


Hi Benefit Club – Gold


New or active members with a minimum stay of 25 nights during 2021 and 2022 are entitled to receive or retain a virtual Gold card after their stay.


Discounts:

  • 15% discount on hotel accommodation booked and paid directly at the hotel, without involvement of intermediaries, third-party agents, or online booking platforms (e.g., Booking.com)
  • 5% discount on food and beverage consumption at Gusto Plzeňka and Siesta Wine & Bar restaurants
  • Discount applies to 2 rooms, confirmation depends on current availability
  • Discount applies only to public rates and does not apply to corporate insurance or any other corporate rates


Benefits:

  • Bottle of mineral water upon arrival in the room
  • Early check-in at 12:00 PM or late check-out until 2:00 PM – subject to availability
  • Room upgrade to a higher category subject to availability
  • Regular newsletter – you will receive all hotel news and information about discounts or other hotel promotions


Hi Benefit Club – Platinum


New or active members with a minimum stay of 40 nights during 2021 and 2022 are entitled to receive or retain a virtual Platinum card after their stay.


Discounts:

  • 20% discount on hotel accommodation booked and paid directly at the hotel, without intermediaries, third-party agents, or online booking platforms (e.g., Booking.com)
  • 10% discount on food and beverage consumption at Gusto Plzeňka and Siesta Wine & Bar restaurants
  • Discount applies to 2 rooms, confirmation depends on current availability
  • Discount applies only to public rates and does not apply to corporate insurance or any other corporate rates


Benefits:

  • Bottle of mineral water and sweet treats upon arrival in the room
  • Early check-in at 12:00 PM or late check-out until 2:00 PM – subject to availability
  • Room upgrade to a higher category subject to availability with access to the Executive Lounge
  • Regular newsletter – you will receive all hotel news and information about discounts or other hotel promotions


VIRTUAL CARD


Please log into the member area using your active email address, where you can download your card again. You will be able to download the card as a virtual card image or directly to your Android/Apple e-wallet.

MEMBERSHIP STATUS INFORMATION

Log into the member area and check your status on the Hi Benefit Club Membership platform. If you need further assistance, contact us at reservation@hotelinternational.cz. For data protection reasons, we will not provide any private information except for your registered email.


RESERVATIONS

Hi Benefit Club loyalty program members will be provided with a special promotional code (listed in the member section) to use during the booking process. This promotional code entitles members to the respective accommodation discount at the hotel.

Benefits and discounts must be applied at the time of booking. Guests are asked to provide their details – name, loyalty card number, and promo code – during the reservation. Benefits and discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

Specific benefits and discounts applied at booking will correspond to the membership level of the cardholder at the time of booking.


CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP

Membership in the Hi Benefit Club loyalty program can be canceled at any time by sending an email to reservation@hotelinternational.cz. Hi Benefit Club terminates membership in the loyalty program if:

  • the member violates the program terms
  • in case of abuse related to membership benefits and discounts
  • the member cancels membership in writing by email to reservation@hotelinternational.cz
  • the member does not consent to the processing of their data or revokes International Brno’s ability to do so

Membership benefits in Hi Benefit Club cannot be used or transferred to another person or company.


OTHER TERMS

International Brno reserves the right to change the terms of the Hi Benefit Club loyalty program. International Brno reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the Hi Benefit Club Loyalty Membership program with a 90-day notice period. After the 90-day termination period, no new registrations will be available and members may only use the benefits already confirmed.
