What is included in the accommodation price?

The price of the stay includes a rich buffet breakfast with hot and cold dishes, including gluten-free, lactose-free, and vegan options. Preparation of egg specialties on request is also available. The stay also includes access to the hotel fitness center. Additional services can be found in the Our Services section.


What types of rooms does the hotel offer?

The hotel offers rooms and suites of the following types: Business, Junior Suite, Suite, Executive Suite, Executive Junior Suite, as well as a luxurious Wellness Suite with a private Mini Spa.


Is the hotel suitable for business clients?

Yes, the hotel has conference halls and lounges with a capacity of up to 900 people, ideal for corporate events, training sessions, and congresses. Thanks to its location and services, it is also suitable for leisure stays, tourists, and weekend visits to Brno.


Is the hotel suitable for tourists?

Hotel International Brno is a suitable choice for tourists and leisure stays thanks to its location in the center of Brno, proximity to landmarks, and comfortable facilities.


Is WiFi free in the hotel?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.


Is it possible to store luggage?

Yes, luggage can be stored upon agreement at the reception.


How do I get from the airport / train station?

The hotel is about a 15-minute drive from Brno Airport and a 10-minute walk from the main train station.


Is there air conditioning in the rooms?

All our rooms are air-conditioned with the possibility of limited temperature control.


Check-in / Check-out

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is possible from 14:00, check-out until 12:00.


Is early check-in or late check-out possible?

Yes, we are happy to accommodate guests depending on current availability. We recommend contacting the reception in advance.


Gastronomy

When is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served in the Lucullus restaurant with a summer outdoor terrace.

  • Mon-Fri: 6:30-10:00
  • SatSun: 6:30-10:30


Do you offer breakfast for non-accommodated guests?

Yes, for a fee of 590 CZK.


Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?

Yes, our rich buffet breakfast also includes gluten-free and vegan dishes to meet various dietary requirements of our guests.


Are there restaurants and a bar in the hotel?

Guests can visit 2 hotel restaurants: the Siesta restaurant with a stylish atmosphere and international cuisine, or the traditional Gusto restaurant with cuisine inspired by classic Czech recipes with a touch of modernity. The menu and opening hours can be found in the Restaurants and Bar section.


Can non-accommodated guests visit the hotel restaurants?

Yes, we are happy to welcome non-accommodated guests in our restaurants.


Parking & Transport

What parking options are available at the hotel and what are the fees?

Parking is available in front of the hotel or in the underground hotel garages. For accommodated guests, parking rates are 450 CZK / night in the outdoor parking or 550 CZK / night in the underground garages.

For non-accommodated visitors, hourly parking is available:

  • parking lot: 65 CZK / hour
  • garages: 80 CZK / hour

We also offer bus parking in the outdoor parking area upon individual arrangement.

Parking capacity is limited, therefore we recommend booking in advance.


Is parking reservation required?

Parking space reservation is only possible in the hotel garages. We recommend reserving a garage space in advance at +420 542 122 111.


Does the hotel have electric vehicle charging stations?

Yes, charging stations for electric vehicles are available in the hotel garages within the parking fee.


How far is the hotel from the city center and transport?

The hotel is located directly in the center of Brno, one minute walk from Freedom Square and approximately 10 minutes walk from the main train station.


Wellness & Leisure

Does the hotel have wellness or spa?

Yes, a private Mini Spa is available on the top floor with a whirlpool and infrared saunas and a view of the historic center of Brno. Entry must be reserved in advance at the reception. Wellness is provided for a fee and its capacity is limited.


Is there a fitness center in the hotel?

Yes, the fitness center is available only for hotel guests and is included in the accommodation price. Open daily from 6:00 to 22:00 and easily accessible by hotel elevator.


Are there sports activities available?

Yes, guests can use the adjacent park under Špilberk Castle for running or jogging, which offers ideal conditions for active relaxation in the center of Brno.


Additional Services

Can I bring a dog?

Yes, pets are welcome at the hotel. The fee is 600 CZK.


Is the hotel barrier-free?

Yes, the hotel offers barrier-free access and selected accessible rooms.


Does the hotel have bike storage?

Yes, a lockable space for bicycles is available in the garages. We also offer a lock rental. More information is available at the reception.


I am traveling with children, is a children's menu offered in the hotel restaurants?

In the Gusto and Siesta hotel restaurants, children can choose from a children's menu or order a half portion of selected dishes.


Is it possible to prepare an extra bed or baby cot in the room?

Yes. If you are planning a stay with children, a baby cot can be prepared in the room for a fee of 250 CZK/night. For older children from 6 years, an extra bed can be ordered from 1250 CZK/night. Does the hotel have an elevator?

There are 3 elevators available for guests in the hotel, providing comfortable access to all floors, and one of them also leads to the fitness center. Another elevator serves guests from the reception to the underground hotel garages.

What is the validity of the voucher?

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.


Does the hotel offer a loyalty program or benefits for regular guests?
