Redemption of Benefits
With each stay, you collect points on your loyalty card. Using your membership card number, you can book services at our hotel. Terms and membership are only valid for direct bookings, i.e., when reserving through our official website or by email see Contacts.
Members of the Benefit Club loyalty program who book accommodation and/or other services through third parties (online or offline travel agencies, sales channels) are not eligible for discounts on accommodation and/or other services. Discounts can only be applied to hotel services (e.g., dining in the restaurant) and accommodation reservations made directly at the hotel.
