What parking options are available at the hotel and what are the fees?

Parking is available at the outdoor parking lot in front of the hotel or in the underground hotel garages. For overnight guests, parking fees are 450 CZK/day at the outdoor parking lot or 550 CZK/day in the underground garages.


Can I reserve a parking space?

A parking space can only be reserved in the hotel garages. If interested, please contact the hotel reception at +420 542 122 111.


I have an electric car, are there charging stations available?

Yes, you can use electric car charging stations in the hotel's garages, included in the parking fees.


What time can I check-in and when do I have to check-out?

Standard check-in is available from 14:00, and check-out is by 12:00 at the latest.

If you require an earlier check-in or a later check-out, please contact the reception at +420 542 122 111. We will be happy to accommodate you based on availability.


What is included in the price of accommodation?

The price includes a breakfast, which our guests rate as the best in the city, with a wide variety of both savory and sweet dishes, including gluten-free and vegetarian options, as well as the possibility to have egg dishes prepared to order. During your stay, you can also visit the hotel’s fitness center, located on the lower floor of the hotel. You can view other services here: Our services.


When is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served on weekdays from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM, and on weekends until 10:30 AM in the Lucullus restaurant on the lower floor of the hotel. We also offer breakfast to non-resident guests for a fee of 550 CZK.


Do you offer gluten-free and vegan dishes for breakfast?

Yes, our rich buffet breakfast includes gluten-free and vegan dishes to cater to various dietary needs of our guests.


Does the hotel have a wellness area?

The private Mini Spa with infrared saunas and a jacuzzi, for a maximum of 6 people, is located on the top floor of the hotel and offers beautiful views of Brno's historical landmarks. A prior reservation at the reception is required at +420 542 122 111.


Is there a fitness center at the hotel?

Yes, the fitness center is available exclusively to hotel guests and is included in the accommodation price. It is open every day from 6:30 AM to 9:00 PM, and you can conveniently access it via the hotel elevator.


Does the hotel have a restaurant?

Guests can visit two hotel restaurants: the Siesta restaurant, offering a stylish atmosphere and international cuisine, and the Gusto restaurant, serving traditional Czech dishes with a modern twist. The menu and opening hours of the restaurants can be found here: Restaurace a bar.


Can non-resident guests visit the hotel restaurants?

Yes, we are happy to welcome non-resident guests to our restaurants.


I am traveling with children, is there a children's menu in the hotel restaurants?

Both Gusto and Siesta restaurants offer a children's menu, or you can order smaller portions of selected dishes.


Is it possible to arrange an extra bed or baby cot in the room?

Yes, it is possible to request a baby cot for 250 CZK/night. For older children (from 6 years), an extra bed can be arranged for a fee starting from 1250 CZK/night. For a specific quote, please contact the reservation department at reservation@hotelinternational.cz.


Does the hotel have an elevator?

The hotel has two elevators for guest use, allowing easy access to all floors, including the fitness center. You can also use the elevator to access the underground hotel garages.
