Chef BEST WESTERN PREMIER Hotel International Brno Miroslav Husák, the chairman of the Brno branch of the AKC and since 2000 member of the senior national team of cooks and confectioners.
As a member is the holder of many awards. Among the largest are 1st place in 2002 in the global competition in Singapour and 1 Place in the 2005 world competition in Scotland. In 2009 won the Gold Medal M. D. Rettigova and published in German magazine "Wo ist?".
