HACCP
In 1996 the Hotel like one of the first hotels in the Czech Republic meets the strict hygienic conditions for gastronomy valid and issued for EU called HACCP and starts with catering to airplanes. All charter airplanes dispatched from Brno take out the products of our cooking to the whole world. The Hotel yearly prepared more than 70,000 meals per season. In 2006 the Hotel became a holder of the HACCP certificate.
