Catering overview
BEST WESTERN PREMIER Hotel International Brno has been working in the catering industry since its inception in 1962. It has been co-organiser of events that have taken place outside the hotel, such as the opening of the exhibition halls at the Brno Exhibition Centre, and in the theatres, museums and other social and historical areas in the city. Every year the hotel organises over 200 such events.
Catering is not necessarily reserved just for official events: it is a frequent service at family gatherings, birthdays, graduations and weddings as well.
The hotel has special refrigerated carriers, a high-quality inventory for transportation and service of cold and hot dishes, and stainless steel and silver bowls and cutlery. It has its own studio and is complemented by a large number of employees that are adequately trained for this demanding service. Thanks to the hotel’s catering, it is able to export its food services at the same quality to an open grass area without water or electricity.
HACCP
In 1996, as one of the first in the Czech Republic, we met all the hotel strict sanitary conditions for gastronomy validation and were issued HACCP by the EU and started airline catering. All chartered aircraft taking off from Brno export our culinary products around the world. Every year the hotel prepares more than 70 000 meals per season. In 2006, the hotel became HACCP certified.
