Buffet

Particularly suited for informal occasions. The food service takes the form of a buffet, where guests help themselves to the food. We will of course help with the service; hot meals served in our country always have an experienced cook. During the buffet the guests usually mingle among each other. The meals are adapted to be easily consumed with one hand.
If space allows, we will prepare a few seats. This is useful when a buffet lasts longer. Finally, the only rules that we consider correct are those set by you!

Buffet food is not appropriate for parties of fewer than 30 people. In this case we recommend a banquet.
